Shipping policy

Order processing time.

Orders will be processed by the following day after the purchase/Payment is confirmed. If the following day falls on a weekend or holiday, the order will be processed the next day after such weekend or the holiday.

Shipping options.

Local shipping takes 3 to 5 working days.

international shipping (imports) takes 7 to 14 days from the purchase and order processing date.

Shipping cost.

The Standard shipping cost of R95.00 will be charged for all local orders.

International Shipping cost will be calculated on checkout.

Please be aware of the import duties and and the tax rates that may be imposed to you by the Authorities on before or on delivery.

Potential services interruptions.

Orders my take longer to be delivered due to variables outside of our control.

Tracking of the Order.

The client will receive the confirmation of order and the tracking number via Email as soon as the order is processed. Kindly contact the store in case of a delayed order or lost packages.

Return/Exchange Shipping policy

Client is responsible to cover the cost of Return/Exchange.
